Temperament:
Zoo is quite simply the most cruisy, chilled-out German Shepherd we have ever met. His temperament is exceptional, with a naturally calm, steady nature that we have loved from the very beginning.
From the moment Zoo joined our family, he slotted seamlessly into our home and pack. He somehow skipped the “naughty puppy phase” altogether and has always had an old soul about him - although he is also quite possibly the biggest baby you will ever meet!
Zoo is naturally protective of his home and pack, though with a proper introduction, he happily welcomes new people into his circle. Out and about, he seems to believe everyone is his friend and loves meeting people wherever he goes. Everyone who meets Zoo seems to be in awe of him - not only because of his impressive size, but because such a giant dog can be so incredibly calm, chilled and gentle.
He is exceptionally loyal and obedient and forms a strong bond with his people. A true Velcro dog, Zoo loves being close and will happily settle at your feet and fall asleep wherever we happen to be.
Zoo also has excellent food and toy drive and absolutely loves a good game of fetch. He is intelligent, eager to please and naturally handler focused.
Zoo really is our gentle giant, and we absolutely adore the balance of qualities he brings to our family and pack. We are so excited for his future and to see what he continues to contribute to our breeding program.
